JPI Climate Central Secretariat continues to work during the outbreak of COVID-19

We hope that all of you and your loved ones are healthy and safe.

The outbreak has spurred widespread anxiety and forced many people to work from home. To slow the spread of COVID-19, many countries have introduced unprecedented measures, at significant social and economic cost – closing schools and businesses, sports and events are being suspended and people asked to stay home and stay safe. This is a time when we need to find each other, over disagreements and contradiction – a time to put the common interest above the personal interest.

We at the JPI Climate Central Secretariat continue to work and coordinate as appropriate to insure the smooth running of the activities foreseen this year towards our Scoping Forum Symposium in December. We try to organise meetings and workshops online if possible which allows you to join remotely. We stand ready to assist and encourage you to reach out to our team and will remain accessible by phone and e-mail for our JPI Climate community and friends.

Let's take care of ourselves and each other, to stay positive and calm, and treat everyone with kindness.
